Making a Return
In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return the items to us. We offer a full refund in the form of a Gift Card. To be eligible for a gift card refund, all items must be in the same condition as you received them.
Please note that all sale items, any items that state final sale in the product description, and undergarments are not eligible for a refund. Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour and will be refunded via gift card. We cannot make exceptions for late returns as sellers will be paid after the return window.
How to Make a Return
Submit a return request here. We will provide you with the next steps to return; however, we cannot cover the returns shipping cost at this time.
A return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
After we receive your package, we will verify the items and process a refund via e-gift card (valid for 1 year from the date of issue) within 7 business days.
If a return request is received after the eligible return period, they will be automatically added for sale under your seller account.
